2025 Annual Conference

One Day Only - Friday, May 2, 2025

Sponsorship Details:

  • Registration begins at 7:30 am on Friday. Please have booth setup by 7:30 am.  
  • Vendors may arrive as early as 7:00 am on Friday morning for setup.  
  • A 6' table and covering with skirting is provided for each vendor
  • Extended breaks are scheduled throughout the day to provide additional time for attendees to connect with vendors - a schedule will be provided at the event
  • Door prizes will be given away during the afternoon break.  Please indicate below whether your organization will be contributing to these door prizes.
  • Vendor tables will not be reserved until payment is received.
